In an insurance case, an initial clarification is often needed. Is there evidence to start an investigation based on the available material? To what extent is there objective evidence? And what resources are needed to lift the burden of proof in a given case?
We therefore offer two levels of task initiation:
Screening
Screening is a quick and affordable evaluation of the potential for further investigation or investigation of both large and small cases. A screening typically takes 2-3 hours including feedback. Often the goal is to identify the cases where the company can most easily and with the fewest resources reduce fraud for the benefit of other customers.
Investigation
An investigation is initiated when the company, based on the nature of the case and the information, has good reason to need a further investigation. Or when a screening has shown that there is evidence to proceed further or deeper with a case that has given rise to doubt or suspicion.
